| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and fill in your details. You will then be forwarded to a secure website for your credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express. If you are shopping from North America or elsewhere outside the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency and the transaction will then appear on your statement in that currency. If you have queries about prices then just call +44 (0)1303 242466. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to despatch. You may also telephone your order or send your credit card information by post. NB Pukka Pyjamas reserves the right to refuse any order without explanation. In view of the recent increases in 'junk' mail the firm also reserves the right not to reply to emails which do not bear a full name and valid email address. |
| Shipping And Handling Our postage and packing charge is £3.00 per order for the UK and Channel Islands; £5.00 per order to other European destinations; and £7.50 per order plus £2.50 per item for the rest of the world. Special next day delivery (weekdays only) in the UK is available for an additional £5.00 charge (total charge £8.00) if we receive your order by 3 pm. If you are ordering from the USA or elsewhere, please note that your credit card company will convert these charges to your own currency when they send your statement. |
| Delivery Schedule Under normal conditions we make every effort to despatch orders on the day they are received. If we cannot manage that, then we will endeavour to despatch all orders received within 24 hours subject to stock availability. But please check our home page for seasonal variations if applicable. Goods are sent by Royal Mail first class post within the UK. International orders will usually be delivered within 10 days of receipt of your order. | Guarantee If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within one month of receipt in its original condition and in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Please return the package via your nearest post office. Please always obtain proof of posting which you should keep for reference when returning a package to us. Legal Statements on Returns Returning any item within one month will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the one month post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Pukka Pyjamas will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Pukka Pyjamas on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights are not affected. General Information Every care has been taken to portray and describe items accurately but slight variations to actual goods may occur.
